

Robert Walker earned a B.S. in Physical Education, and a Masters Degree in Sports Management. The business of sports has been the groundwork for Robert's professional career. He has served on the boards for both Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Sports Outreach America (SOA). He also spent a considerable amount of time coaching basketball, soccer, and baseball at two different Christian schools. Products of his coaching efforts include many NCAA Division 1 basketball players, one NBA player, and two State Championship teams. During these coaching years, he was also the Athletic Director of Charlotte Christian School.
Robert left his role as Athletic Director in 1994 to expand US Sports Management, Inc. into a full-time enterprise. The company officially started in 1988 on a part-time basis. Robert is currently the President and CEO of US Sports, which has grown into a sports representation (NFL Agent), and sports marketing firm. Robert holds certifications with the following organizations: NFLPA, and CFL. He currently resides in Matthews, NC with his wife and two children.


Ryan DiNunzio graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a dual degree in Sports Administration and Business Administration with a minor in Economics. Upon graduation, Ryan played professional soccer for six years with the Rochester Rhinos (USL 1st Division) and the Charlotte Eagles (USL 2nd Division). His experiences as a professional athlete allowed him to gain valuable sports marketing and negotiating experience. At the end of his playing career he was an assistant soccer coach at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Jacquelyn.
Ryan joined the team at US Sports in the fall of 2007. Since his arrival, he has negotiated and facilitated several marketing opportunities on behalf of our clients. Ryan’s core responsibilities have evolved during his short tenure. In addition to operating as project manager, Ryan works closely with Robert to bring the vision of our clients to life. His work includes generating, negotiating and facilitating marketing deals for our clients, developing proposals and presentations, and working on product development. His attention to detail and skills in hospitality have elevated US Sports’ client service to a new level of excellence.


Adam Pastore is a North Carolina licensed attorney who joined the Unlimited Success Sports Management team in 2011. Adam represents and advises athletes in all facets of their careers. In addition, Adam works as in-house counsel for U.S. Sports and is responsible for drafting company contracts and advising the corporation on all legal matters. He is active in the negotiations of all athlete contracts, marketing agreements, and endorsement deals.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. He then attended the Wake Forest University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Adam grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA and currently resides in Charlotte, NC.


Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Winston-Salem State University. His passion for the sports industry is the driving force behind his career choice to help the individual athlete, which led him to several positions and a strong network. Prior to joining US Sports Management in 2010, Greg worked with/for Wake Forest University (Sports Marketing Dept.), Nike, Brand Jordan and the Indianapolis Colts. His work with these companies allowed him to gain outstanding work experience with college and professional athletes. Greg's mentors include some great leaders in the sports industry such as Damon Haley, Coach Jim Caldwell and Coach George Raveling, whom have given him great knowledge to help US Sports in his daily tasks.
Greg, as the Director of Basketball Division & Recruiting Coordinator, represents professional basketball clients and is in charge of operating the company’s basketball division as well as recruiting professional football clients. Greg was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and currently resides in Charlotte, NC.

Brett earned a BS in Sport Management and a minor in Business from Liberty University.
Brett brings a wealth of media knowledge to U.S. Sports after working for 16 years in The Charlotte Observer’s sports department (six years as a freelance writer and 10 years on staff).
Brett is a former scholarship cross country and track runner at Liberty University and earned All-Big South honors in cross country and All-Mason Dixon in track.
Brett plays an important role at US Sports. He talks to our clients regarding what they can expect from the media and how to handle questions from the media.


Renata is responsible for the visual and conceptual execution of the company. Her portfolio includes branding, marketing, designing and incorporating players into promotional pieces such as ads, magazine spreads, logos and brochures.
Renata is a native of South Carolina where she attended Lander University in Greenwood and received a Bachelor’s in Visual Arts. She later moved to Charlotte, NC to pursue a more concentrated degree in the area of Graphic Design where she received Associates from The Art Institute of Charlotte. Renata left Windstream Communications and joined US Sports in January of 2009. She’s excited about assisting all future clients with branding, digital imaging and any additional design needs.


Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Communication with an emphasis in Media, and a minor in Psychology from Clemson University in 2002. She has been employed by US Sports for over 4 years; helping athletes improve their communication skills and preparing them for interviews with the media and scouts.
Lindsay also helps our clients understand their marketing potential because in order for an athlete to procure endorsements and prolong his career off the field, he must be highly marketable. Therefore, Lindsay works with each of our athletes individually, to make sure he can effectively communicate his image and character to the public.
As the wife of a professional baseball player, Lindsay has gained much of her knowledge and understanding of communication through first-hand experiences in the professional sports world. Lindsay thoroughly enjoys working with athletes, helping them reach their goals both on and off the field.


As Controller, Sharon Wade assumes many roles at US Sports, Inc. She is responsible for the finances, banking, budgeting, and billing on behalf of US Sports, Inc and the clients. She joined US Sports in 2000 with a wealth of organizational skills and experience satisfying the most demanding individuals.
