Robert is currently the President and CEO of US Sports, Inc. Since beginning the company in 1988 as part-time work, Robert has negotiated over a thousand contracts. In 1994, Robert left his role as Athletic Director at Charlotte Christian School to focus his efforts on representing clients. US Sports, Inc. has grown into the largest NFL representation firm in the Carolinas under Robert’s direction over the last decade. Robert is registered as a certified NFL agent by the NFLPA.
The business of sports has been the groundwork for Robert’s professional career. He has served on the boards for both Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Sports Outreach America (SOA). He also spent a considerable amount of time coaching basketball, soccer and baseball at two different Christian schools. Products of his coaching efforts include many NCAA Division I basketball players, one NBA player, and two state championship teams. Robert Walker earned a Bachelor of Science in physical education, and a Master of Sports Science in sports management. He currently resides in Matthews, NC with his wife and two children.

Josh has been a licensed attorney for almost a decade and has transitioned to become a fulltime NFLPA certified contract advisor. He is an integral part of the US Sports, Inc. team where in addition to negotiating contracts, he works on recruiting, client development, endorsements, marketing, social media, and many other areas that ensure clients receive the highest level of support and attention. Josh worked for the UNC Football team where he earned two letters and a Peach Bowl ring. Josh has experienced success early in his career as an NFL agent as he was at the top of the list of first year agents in number of NFL contracts negotiated in his first year.
In addition to his law degree, Josh has a Masters in Business Administration and over 15 years experience in the management of a successful commercial warehousing business. He also holds a brokers license in real estate and was previously licensed in Insurance. Josh works tirelessly to ensure that each client is best prepared for life both on and off the football field and after their football careers are over. Josh resides in Cary, NC with his wife, Brianna, who has an extensive background in sports marketing, and his two children, Johnny and Sophia.

Marcus A. Ross is an attorney and owner of Marcus A. Ross, Attorney at Law, Co.,LPA, a full-service law firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. His areas of practice include, but are not limited to: player representation, entertainment law, criminal, traffic and DUI defense, labor & employment, landlord- tenant, collections, personal injury, construction and small business & civil litigation. Prior to establishing his firm, he served as an Assistant City Prosecutor in the criminal division of the City Attorney’s office, where he handled numerous jury trials and bench trials. He has been licensed as a member of the state of Ohio bar since 1997. He was also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 2004 and the Northern District of Ohio in 2006.

Sarah plays an integral role in player development and player image maintenance. She works with our clients individually on improving communication skills and preparing them for interviews with media and scouts. In addition to NFL Combine and Pro Day preparation, Sarah also helps manage the pre-draft process, assisting with player analysis and company relations.

Sarah is responsible for building relationships with clients to better understand their needs beyond football. She connects clients to professionals that can assist in areas of need, from financial advisors to cosmetic dentists and beyond. Sarah also helps clients develop personal brands via multimedia outlets and works with them to procure endorsements that align with their brand. Sarah will begin pursuing her master’s degree in January 2018.

Nadia is a key influence in making sure our athletes maximize all elements of their careers. She plays a key role in the visual and conceptual execution of the company. Her portfolio includes branding, marketing, web design and incorporating players into promotional pieces such as ads, magazine spreads, logos and brochures.
As controller, Sharon is responsible for the finances, banking, budgeting and billing on behalf of US Sports and its clients. She joined US Sports in 2000 with a wealth of organizational skills and experience to satisfy the most demanding individuals.
